I have recently given up on Morrowind modding. Due to some recent misconceptions about why I am leaving and why my site was temporarily down, it has become obvious that the following statement must be made publically.

Issues with some of my clothing textures being used freely for Oblivion projects WITHOUT proper credit being given were a cause of stress. I originally planned to mod for Oblivion, but as of late have discovered that I do not enjoy modding for Oblivion in the least.

False accusations of copyright infringement when none was committed, and public slander, was indeed the final straw

The loss of the drive to continue was already missing, which happened long before false accusations of copyright infringment/piracy occured. I do freely admit, morrowind modding went from "I do it for me" to "I do it to get this project OVER". When you reach that stage, nothing is really enjoyable anymore. It was always push and stress, never sit and enjoy. My last release I didn't feel that joy of release. The most joy I felt was "sweet, I never have to work on those files again. On to the next folder." That to me is just not modding the way it should be. I was always worried about "Will I ever get this project done?", "The engine can't handle this, how will I do it?", etc. After a few days of not modding for Morrowind, I feel I have accomplished more in my life then I have lately, and I do not feel the stress and worry of finishing projects.

The added stress of being accused, insulted, and falsely accused/reported was upsetting to no end. When blood, sweat, and tears are put into making something and then you are accused of not doing the work it kills the drive to continue. When it's hard enough just to convince yourself to work on anything, only forcing yourself because you feel you have to get it done....it's time to move on

My site was taken town for a short while as I had some odd behavior occuring right after the incident which appeared to be an attempt to gain access into the website. It is back up now.

Please DO NOT redistribute my files unless they are hosted on this webpage previousy. I would appreciate it if the mods in the archive were not re-uploaded either.

Any smaller resource packs or files I have shared previously are in need of updates, and I do wish if you have them to keep them to yourself if you do not plan on re-mastering the models as I had learned alot after sharing them with people. If I shared them with you for a project, you may in fact still use them.
